Delete your account

You can delete your Rehearse account and data at any time — in the app in a few taps, or by email if you can’t use the app. This page explains exactly what’s removed, what’s kept and why.

1. Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way, and it works the same on iPhone and Android.

Open Rehearse and make sure you’re signed in.
Tap Profile, at the bottom right.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm.

Your data is removed straight away and you’re signed out. This can’t be undone.

Have a subscription? Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account first. Deleting your account doesn’t stop the store charging you. Here’s how.

2. What's deleted immediately

Your profile: name, job title, company and every setup answer
Every practice session, with its transcript, feedback and scores
Scenarios you created
Your credit balance and credit history, including unused top-up credits
Your practice days and streak
Any internal support notes about your account
Your sign-in account, so your email address can no longer sign in to it

We also disconnect your account from our subscriptions provider, RevenueCat.

3. What we keep, and why

If we delete your account for you — for example after an email request — our audit log keeps a record of that action, including the email address the account used, for up to 400 days.

4. Cancel your subscription first

iPhone or iPad

Open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then Rehearse.
Tap Cancel Subscription.

Android

Open Google Play and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Choose Rehearse and tap Cancel subscription.

If you’ve already deleted your account, you can still cancel this way. The subscription belongs to your store account, not to Rehearse.

5. What happens to your credits

Deleting your account permanently forfeits any credits left in it, including unused top-up credits. Credits have no cash value and aren’t refunded when you delete your account. If you think you’re owed a refund for a purchase, ask Apple or Google, who handle all payments.

6. Can't use the app? Ask us by email

If you’ve uninstalled Rehearse, lost your phone or can’t sign in:

Email akiltheredr@gmail.com from the address you use to sign in.
Use the subject line “Delete my Rehearse account”.
We may ask you to confirm the account is yours, so nobody can delete someone else’s.

We’ll delete everything listed above within 7 days and confirm by replying to your email.

7. Deleting only some of your data

You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove some of your data:

Transcripts delete themselves 30 days after each session, and feedback and session records after 90 days.
To change your setup answers, go to Profile → Reset onboarding.
To delete something specific sooner — a particular session, transcript or scenario — email akiltheredr@gmail.com and tell us what.

8. If you come back

You’re welcome to sign up again with the same email. You’ll get a new, empty account: your old sessions, scores, streak and credits can’t be restored.
